GAVIN LEJAMEYER

Gavin Lejameyer is a Vice President at New City, LLC, where he leads the firm’s ground-up development efforts, with a focus on design, construction, and execution. Based in Nashville, Gavin primarily focuses on New City’s efforts in Tennessee, including the redevelopment of the Neuhoff site in Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood.

Prior to joining New City, Gavin was a member of the development team at DPC Companies, where he helped manage several mixed-use projects throughout the Denver and Phoenix markets. While at DPC, Gavin pursued a Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Denver.

Gavin earned a Bachelor’s in Economics from Washington State University. He lives in Nashville with his wife and their three sons.
