HUNTER BATES
Hunter supports financing, direct investment operations, development, and asset management activities for New City. Previously, Hunter worked with Sweetwater Holdings Co. as a summer analyst where he supported investment activity on projects throughout the southeast including the Fourth Ward Development in Atlanta.
In 2023, Hunter graduated from Washington and Lee University where he played football and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
